Team work: spark podcast
Section 1: be able to contribute to the setting of team and individual goals.
The goal of this teamwork task was to create a podcast about our personal interests at spark. We were asked to as a team of 3-5 to travel to spark at St peter campus and create a podcast. The podcast could be about personal interest’s, education or just talk.
As this was a teamwork process, we planed out what each person was going to talk about on who would present it. We decided to take turns for presenting each personal subject and interest.
I decided to talk about music that was trending and popular, Jamie talked about music that was unknown such as underground music and Josh talked about his insert, wrestling.
Section 2: understand own and other responsibilities in achieving the team goals.
To communicate with this, we decided to interview each other by asking and person question why they like that periocular interest. We gave evidence by saving them on a voice memo.
The equipment we used was questioners to ask the question’s and voice memos to save the interviews. The project to place at the spark radio station.
Section 3: be able to plan and undertake team activities.
It was my responsibility to keep hold of the voice memos and to keep track of what questions my teammates were asking.
Section 4: be able to review team activates.
Overall the strengths of the task were that the question’s were relevant to the particular subject and one weakness is that the interviews could have been longer. I have learned to work better as a team.
My teammates responsibilities were to ask what question’s they were going to ask for the person they were going to interview.
